There has been an extraterrestrial incursion in the ancient Egyptian city of Karnak, and an elite team of gritty professionals must investigate. Under the guidance of mighty Pharaoh Ramses’ spirit, PowerSlave players will use a deadly selection of modern and ancient weaponry — including M-60 machine guns and the powerful Eye of Rah Gauntlet — to cut through the Kilmaat hordes. During their epic journey players will explore ancient tombs and tackle mummies, fiery insectoids, Anubis zombies, and alien warriors in a quest to liberate Ramses, save the planet, and potentially ascend to godhood.

The original PowerSlave was released in North America, Europe, and Japan, for Sega Saturn, PlayStation, and MS-DOS from late 1996 to late 1997. PowerSlave Exhumed originally launched on February 10, 2022, on Windows PC, PlayStation 4|5, Xbox One and Series S|X, and Nintendo Switch thanks to a partnership between Nightdive Studios and Throwback Entertainment.

PowerSlave Exhumed for Windows PC (via Steam) can be purchased on The Humble Store for
$17.99 USD with a 10% off launch week discount at https://www.humblebundle.com/store/powerslave-exhumed.

Alison Bechdel, author of Fun Home, says, "CBLDF has gone to bat for my readers and fellow artists time and again over the years. Thanks to their support, books like Fun Home are available to readers who wouldn't otherwise see themselves in their community's libraries. Thank you, Humble Bundle community for supporting their work!"

Renowned author and CBLDF Advisory Board chair Neil Gaiman says, "Thanks to the support of the Humble Bundle community, CBLDF is realizing our long-term goals of creating new legal support for creators at risk domestically and around the world. We're building more resources to help students, educators and librarians use comics in education, and defending their Free Expression rights -- all at no cost to those who need our help."

About the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund (CBLDF)

Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is a non-profit organization protecting the freedom to read comics! Our work protects readers, creators, librarians, retailers, publishers, and educators who face the threat of censorship. We monitor legislation and challenge laws that would limit the First Amendment. We create resources that promote understanding of comics and the rights our community is guaranteed. Every day we publish news and information about censorship events as they happen. We are partners in the Kids’ Right to Read Project and Banned Books Week. Our expert legal team is available at a moment’s notice to respond to First Amendment emergencies. CBLDF is a lean organization that works hard to protect the rights on which our community depends.
