12:30 Funan- Animated Feature - 1 Hour 22 Min. R ( For Mature Audiences) - Oscar® Qualifying 2020 Animated Feature by Directed by Denis Do. 2:00 PMBongee Bear and the Kingdom of Rhythm Animated – Animated Feature - a young orphan bear, Bongee (voiced by Emmy winner Rob Paulsen), becomes the life-long friend of the young Princess Katrina (voiced by Debi Derryberry) and vows to protect her with his life. Screening opens with PSIAF Winning Animated Short film Nothing to Say by Aubry Mintz
4:00 PM– Academy of Dream Awards – Featuring winning animated short “Exceptional Minds Animation Block “followed with a panel discussion with Howie Hoffman, Dani Bowman, David Butterfield and the filmmakers honoring disabled animators who despite their challenges have created animated shorts. This special segment of PSIAF is to encourage them to pursue dreams and tell their stories through the animation art form.
5:00 PM The Snow Queen: Mirrorlands - Animated Feature – US Premier – animated full-length film based on the classic fairytale written by Hans Christian Anderson,1845, (also the author of The Little Mermaid) and known to be the inspiration for Disney's Frozen. Screening opens with Keepers of Wonder
– Sneak preview of new animated TV Series episode by Wizart, creators of The Snow Queen: Mirrorlands, including PSIAF 2019 Winning Animated Short "A Moonlight's Tale" by students at the SVA School of Visual Arts in New York.
