MY LITTLE PONY's
Tony Fleecs

Galaxy Quests:
The Humor of STAR TREK (and beyond!)

Humor was always an integral part of the original STAR TREK, but the influence of its comedy has permeated popular culture in new and unexpected ways. From SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE to GALAXY QUEST, THE BIG BANG THEORY to FREE ENTERPRISE to THE ORVILLE, and even BREAKING BAD and MAD MEN, our panel of Treksperts, comedians, and filmmakers discuss comedy in and about STAR TREK.
Talking DEADPOOL

Long Beach Comic Con welcomes two of today's top artists – Scott Koblish (DEADPOOL) and Todd Nauck (SPIDER-MAN/DEADPOOL) – to share stories of drawing the exploits of the beloved movie-star "Merc with a Mouth." What's the most disturbing thing they've ever been asked to draw? Did anything cross the line? Secrets WILL be revealed!
Music in Comics

Music in comics can sometimes be a losing proposition (hard to crank up the volume), but these creators have made it work. Join writer/artist Chynna Clugston Flores (BLUE MONDAY), writer Alex Segura (ARCHIE MEETS RAMONES), and Burger Records founders Sean Bohrman and Lee Rickard for a freewheeling playlist of a panel.

IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATES
 Weapons Policy Update

In response to the growing concerns of attendees, guests, and exhibitors of Long Beach Comic Con, we have re-visited our prop weapons guidelines and will be instituting new rules to better ensure the safety and peace of mind of all who attend.

Our primary policy change will be prohibiting the use of any prop with the appearance of a gun.

You’ll find the rest of our guidelines are much as they were before with metal-bladed weapons, blunt weapons, hard prop replica weapons made of metal, wood, fiberglass, and glass not allowed on the premises.

Personal defense items like pepper spray are also forbidden. We urge cosplayers and fans to read over our guidelines carefully and completely before coming to Long Beach Comic Con to avoid having to return items to your vehicle.

Please expect to have all approved prop weapons checked upon entry. Once approved, they must remain visibly tagged for the duration of your visit at the convention center.

Bag Check

In an effort to improve safety at Long Beach Comic Con, we will be implementing a bag policy for all attendees, guests, and exhibitors. Although there is no restriction the size or type of bag you may bring to the con, every bag must be thoroughly checked by security prior to entering the convention center.

With your assistance and cooperation, we will continue to keep all MAD Event Management conventions fun and safe for everyone.

Enjoy the show!

Epic Photo Ops will be onsite at LBCC 2017 to make sure you get an amazing photo each and every time.

Yes, they have all the best technology, but they also have that personal touch.
Each photo is reviewed by a human being to check for blinks and make sure that the crop is just right.
